Had a great night out at 518 Steakhouse Our waiter was polite and attentive he was willing to take a group photo for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The ambiance was warm and comfortable, perfect for catching up with friends. And yes… this is that place with the little robots that bring your food to the table, how fun is this?
I have held my Fantasy Football Draft parties at several locations in the past 12 years but this place was the absolute best. Kelly made this experience one we will never forget. Booking the room with her was easy and she made our whole crew feel special . Her attention to detail and personality are unmatched. You can tell she loves her job and making customers feel at home. Sean was our server and did a fabulous job keeping up with all our needs. Kelly and Sean, Thank you and we will be back.
Visited 518 Smokehouse for the first time today. We had a party of 5 for lunch and we all enjoyed our meals. We had burnt ends, pulled pork, brisket, burger and pulled pork tacos. Everything was hot and delicious including the sides. The tater tots, macaroni and cheese and baked beans were some of the exceptional sides we tried. The restaurant is spacious with very comfortable seating. The outdoor area is very impressive as well. Lots of tables on the huge patio and 4 nice covered areas to dine under as well. Hope to enjoy the outside space the next time we visit because we will be back! Our server, Heather, was very welcoming and made our overall experience even more enjoyable. She was attentive and patient and a great ambassador to 518 Smokehouse. Can’t wait to return to try more items on the menu.
